How will my order ship?

We ship orders using LEOPARD COURIER SERVICE with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.  

What is Standard Shipping and how much time will it take?

Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days for Pakistan destinations. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of PKR 250 for all orders using Standard shipping under 500gm and FREE for orders 3000.00 or more within the Pakistan only. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. (UTC+5) will be considered placed the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do neither deliver on Sunday nor national holidays. Some areas may require more time for delivery.

What to do if I want to order outside from Pakistan?

Orders to other countries are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $110.0 for Standard Shipping and will take.

How can I track my order? When will my items arrive?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and whatsApp massage with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at: . Please allow for 2-8 business days for arrival after your order is placed (depending on location) if you selected the Standard shipping method.

Some of the items I ordered did not arrive with my order. Where are they?

Occasionally, for reasons we can't control, we are unable to ship an item that appeared to be in stock when the order was placed. In these cases a refund of the unshipped item(s) will be issued.

What are my payment options?

You can do your payment through (jazz Cash, Bank Account, and online payment) and also can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD).
